1. Do I need any experience to join?

No. Most of our students are complete beginners. Our classes are slow, clear, and beginner-first — with Mandarin support if you need it.

2. What should I bring to my first class?

If you don't have a yoga mat we will provide one for you. But if you have one feel free to bring your own.

3. Is the first class really free?

Yes. Your first class is completely free with no obligation to continue.

4. Are the classes taught in Mandarin?

Classes are taught dependent on the makeup of the class. We endeavour to teach in both languages.

5. Which class should I start with?

You can join in on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday. After your first session, we can discuss what you're looking to focus on and tell you which day might be best for you.

6. What if I’m not flexible?

You can choose what works best for you! Join our scheduled live classes or access recorded sessions anytime that fits your routine.

7. What should I wear?

Any comfortable workout clothes. You don’t need special yoga outfits.

8. How big are the classes?

Small groups (8–12 people) so you get individual attention and corrections.

9. Is it suitable for older beginners?

Yes. Our functional approach is gentle, safe, and perfect for anyone who hasn’t moved in a long time.

10. Do I need to book in advance?

Yes — our classes fill quickly, so booking ahead ensures your spot.
